Monocular metric 3D Gaussian-splat reconstruction on nuScenes — a DA3 projective reconstruction upgraded to metric via a dual-absolute-quadric solve, global scale resolved from GPS (never from ground truth), with a hand-written splatting, optimization, and loss core.
